Under Law 28/2005, of 26 December, on health measures against smoking, SMOKING IS PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT.
The use of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and any other smoking devices is not permitted indoors.
SMOKE FREE HOTEL
Nudism is compulsory in the pool area and heated pool area; in other areas of the hotel, it is at the guest's discretion. The beach is officially designated as a nudist beach, but Spanish legislation allows it to be used by people who do not practise nudism, so the hotel cannot be held responsible for people who do not practise nudism on the beach.
Bar Sanck Caribe: The use of a towel is mandatory when using the seats.
The restaurant is strictly formal.
Sports such as table tennis, volleyball, mini golf, archery, rifle shooting, giant chess, darts and shuffleboard are strictly nudist.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS: In order to protect and safeguard the privacy of our guests, photography and video recording are not permitted without the prior and express authorisation of the persons concerned.
Likewise, it is prohibited to produce images that are ambiguous, excessively intimate, erotic in nature, or that may distort the normal appearance of nudity.
In the event of non-compliance with this rule, the Hotel Management may ask the guest to leave the premises. Similarly, in order to preserve the privacy of other guests, any graphic material obtained illegally may be confiscated for deletion, either with the consent of the person concerned or, failing that, with the intervention of the State Security Forces and Corps, to whom it will be immediately transferred.
LATEST GENERATION MOBILE PHONES, SMARTPHONES, VIRTUAL REALITY GLASSES, ETC.: We kindly ask our guests not to use these devices during nudist hours, i.e. from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.. The hotel declines all responsibility for guests who use them. Guests must demonstrate that they have not made any improper use of them in breach of the above paragraph. Otherwise, we will be obliged to expel the individual in question from the hotel.
From 8 p.m. onwards, the hotel is considered clothing-optional.
